We are a full-service company offering in warranty and out of warranty services to a variety of professional products.  For an up to date list, please contact one of our technicians directly.
For all out of warranty service, our standard rate is $75.00 CND per hour plus travel time. Travel time is subject to proximity to the Vancouver down town area. An example would be Vancouver to Abbotsford plus return is 1.5hrs added to the service time on site.

As well as servicing, our technicians have extensive experience in system design. We have designed touring sound systems, remote recording systems and studio systems for major recording artists. We also have extensive experience with power distribution systems meeting CSA standards.

 RF Wireless Repair

We currently offer RF wireless warranty repair for Shure Wireless, Audio Technica and Samson systems. For scheduleing and further support information, please contact one our technicians directly. 

Programming and Support

We have extensive experience programming network based DSP designs implementing systems such as Media Matrix, QSControl.net, Qsys, Sound Web, Symnet and various proprietary control platforms. As well we can design a specific control platform to integrate with any of the above listed systems.
