Welcome to the Group Audio Technical Services Company. Western Canada's large format console services, RF wireless repair, Professional equipment and DSP systems design and programming support service company.

"The Group" was formed in the summer of 2010 to connect professional audio users with highly skilled professional technicians.  It's main goal is to accommodate the growing need for high-end technical support in the professional audio industry in British Columbia's lower mainland.  "The Group" is a web-based company, which specifically offers out-call services for large format consoles, integrated DSP installed systems, as well as providing services in system design, RF wireless system repair, modifications and integration of recording studio equipment and live production systems.  "The Group" will also be able to advise you on a multitude of design and programming issues that suit your specific needs.

What We Do

The motivation behind the service-call based company, "The Group", is to provide technical services where the customer is not able to remove equipment from the installed environment for service. We have experience with servicing consoles such as SSL, Midas, and Allen & Heath, Soundcraft to name just a few. We also have extensive experience in DSP programming of Peavey Media Matrix, Soundweb, London Blu, QSC Qsys as well as serviceing digital multi-track equipment and various vintage audio devices. Our RF department can handle warranty service for Shure, Audio Technica and Samson wireless as well as various legacy wireless products.
